2 tbs Mashed Fully Ripe Avocado
1 oz Cotija Cheese, shaved into 8 pieces
1/2 cup 5 Small Strawberries, sliced
1 tbs Spicy Honey ( can substitute with regular honey )
Directions
1. Spread biscuits with avocado.
2. Top with cheese and strawberries.
3. Drizzle with honey.
Note Hot or spicy honey is a chile pepper-infused honey. If you can't find hot honey in your local store, you can use regular honey instead. Or for a citrus punch, substitute fresh lime juice for the honey.
